I'm a Technical Product Owner working on a mobile finance app used across multiple markets. I've spent about 7 years in fintech and 9 in the industry. My background is in development, but my focus has shifted toward what makes teams deliver well together.

The biggest lesson I keep coming back to is that team health is the real delivery strategy. Psychological safety, servant leadership, ownership and accountability - these aren't soft topics. They're the conditions that decide whether a group of people ships great work or just goes through the motions.
